The school is committed to providing a diverse and comprehensive curriculum to ensure students achieve balanced development and solidify foundational knowledge, equipping them with the necessary skills to become lifelong learners. Our junior and senior secondary programs offer a variety of subjects, with an emphasis on a "spiral" curriculum approach. The elective subjects in senior secondary are designed to align with the curriculum and teaching activities in junior secondary, allowing students to engage with foundational content early on. This prepares them to better understand their future learning pathways and develop more comprehensive learning plans. Additionally, in response to the optimized senior secondary curriculum, the school has introduced the X3 program, which includes elite classes in Chinese and English, Mathematics M2, Applied Learning courses (such as Digital Comic Design and Sports Science and Fitness), career planning, and community exploration. This caters to students' diverse learning aspirations and supports their future career development. In recent years, our school has actively invested resources in promoting interdisciplinary learning areas, including modern electronic learning to enhance students' independent learning, strengthening their language skills and promoting diverse reading, launching STEAM programs to cultivate innovative thinking, and conducting interdisciplinary project studies in junior secondary. These initiatives aim to solidify students' foundational knowledge and common competencies across various domains. |
